Why area alone is not enough
Two rooms with the same floor area can have very different perimeter
lengths. A 4 × 5 m room has 20 m² of area and 18 m of perimeter, while
a 2 × 10 m room has the same 20 m² but 24 m of perimeter. That means
more profile, more fastening and more installation work.
Corners, beams, curtain niches, spotlights, tracks, linear lighting,
ventilation and service access also affect the final price. This is
why multiplying area by a starting rate gives only a first reference
point.
What to send for a preliminary estimate
Send the district, room list, dimensions of each room, preferred
ceiling type and lighting requirements. If you have a plan, attach it
in WhatsApp. Mention curtain niches, track length and any sloped or
high ceiling sections.
Payment and measurement
Materials are paid with a 100% advance. Labour is split 50% at the
start of installation and 50% after completion. Measurement in Antalya
costs 1,000 TRY and is fully credited toward the order advance; if the
advance is paid during the visit, measurement is free.
